Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or newspapers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@platinumbellas.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at Support@platinumbellas.com for further instructions.

4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
